Growealth warrants the mechanical and electronic components of our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions.

G Series (Samsung Powered): Features a premium five (5) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

RG Series: Features a three (3) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

Accessories & Components: All other components (cables, controllers, etc.) are covered for a period of one (1) year.
What We Will Do:
If the product shows any defects within this period and the defect is not due to user error or improper use, Growealth shall, at its discretion, either replace or repair the product using suitable new or refurbished parts.
Warranty Terms:
- In case of a full product replacement, the initial warranty period remains based on the original purchase date.
- The warranty is valid only with the original sales receipt or order number.
